Reservations and Confirmations:
General bookings of the AKLA Ski Club Open on 1st May, 2011
How to book accommodation:
- To make a reservation Click here or Email the 2011 booking request form to bookings@akla.com.au
- The booking Secretary will reply with a confirmation booking availability form which now has to be fully completed including payment details.
- Final confirmation of booking is when AKLA Ski Club issues a receipt.
- The confirmed booking will be logged on the website
Brochure Request
- The Booking Secretary will send an electronic brochure.
Other Information/Special Requirements:
- The Booking Secretary will reply with an Email answering the questions
Payments:
Full Payment must be made within 2 days of the booking confirmation
Payments will be made by Direct Deposit / or Cheque
Direct Deposits
- On the booking confirmation it will be noted that payment will be by direct deposit.
- The Treasurer will advise the Booking Secretary by the due date, of the payment into our bank account.
- If no payment received by the due date the guest will have their booking cancelled.
Cheque:
- Cheque will be sent to the Treasurer.
- The Treasurer will advise the Booking Secretary by the due date, of the receipt of the cheque.
- If the cheque is not received or the cheque has been declined by the bank, advice to the booking secretary, and if the payment is not rectified by the guest within 24 hours the booking will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations of bookings are to be advised to the Booking Secretary
- Cancellations made within 60 Days of first night of stay are non refundable.
- Cancellations made 60 Days and before are refundable less a booking fee of $50.00
- Transfer of booking dates can be made to a new booking date in the current season subject to availability.
- Bookings are covered by the Mt Buller Ski Guarantee as detailed in the official Mt Buller Winter Accommodation and information brochure.
Note:
Bookings are not confirmed until a receipt is issued for the accommodation by the AKLA Ski Club and all monies that are due have been received.
A full payment of the total accommodation is required within 7 days of the of the official booking number advice.
